At Chinee Industry Corporation, we want you to be delighted every single time you make a purchase from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items that are faulty or damaged in transit.
Our returns policy is very simple ... The easiest way of letting us know about a problem is to ring us and fax us within 5 working days of the receipt goods by client or his agent, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with any query you may have.
Alternatively, you may email us to send your questions. The cost of the return will be borne by the client and the goods will be repaired (or replaced in extreme circumstances) should the complaint be found valid. Chinee Industry will not refund or exchange goods that are not faulty or if they have been produced to the customer's specifications or if the client has been in possession of the goods for more than 5 days without informing us.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. Chinee Industry cannot accept any claim for consequential loss no matter how caused. Any damage incurred to goods in transit should be signed for as damaged and reported to Chinee Industry within 5 working days.

Once clearance has been given by Chinee Industry, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely taking into consideration its contents and dispatch to the above address. In some cases though it may not be necessary to return the item/s after you have spoken to a member of staff and this is why it is always best to do this in the first instance.
